Pathetic Service would be giving them a compliment.

I ordered a couple items - Including a fridge which I understand can take some time but they shot themselves in the foot by over promising delivery within 2 days - since ordering it it has been delayed, rescheduled and now it is just silence. There representatives can't even give you a call nor respond to their mails. They can't give me a time when it will be delivered. The worst of it all is that getting my money back is the same issue they can't deliver and they bs about refunding also. Very dissatisfied. Hopefully this will get the attention that they obviously aren't willing to give.
