Pathetic Service Worst Ever!!!

Take a Lot has such a bad service, I placed an order on 26 October which they kept on shifting the delivery date from the 5 days lead time that was promised. Now that I have cancelled my order and requested a refund they are telling me stories that My refund cannot be processed until they receive the goods back what I surprises me is that my order was never delivered so they should still have it with them. I warn you people TAKE-A-LOT service is very bad you will not get your order in time or at all and when you want your refund they will give you a run around with your money.
