Pathetic Service Warrenty Issue

I am soooooo fed up, takealot is a joke when it comes to warrenty claims!!!

They advertised the Defy 18kg Twin Tub with a 24 month Warrenty, I purchased this product on December 2022 and now the spinner has stopped working.

I am still within my warrenty period, and contacted Defy who stated they only offer a 12 month warrenty for all of their Twin Tubs and that it's Takealots responsibility to adhere to the warenty they are offering as it's not what Defy is offering and it never has been

I have asked multiple times on takealot customer service emails that I want to escalate the issue and also speak to a manager or the complaints team, and I keep getting ignored.

It's pathetic!!! You offered a 24 month warrenty so adhere to your offer!!

I am soo ****ed off now that I just want a refund or credit, and for them to come take their machine back!! So I can purchase a different washing machine!!
