Pathetic service to return product

I have tried several times to return a product within the 5year warranty period. The system rejects the return being more than 6months. I have dealt with Shareen Odendaal, Sikelwe Nqolowa, Ghadeejah Salie and also called and spoke to Cleo Lynne without any follow up feedback. I was told on email allow me time to investigate the return and 1 month later there is no feedback. Basically, they don’t respond even after several emails. I then get an email stating we apologise for the poor service only to get worste by no response afterwards and I’m still waiting. I have all the email records of pathetic service from Takealot.
