Pathetic service time and again.

<p> </p> <p>I bought earrings aiming for a birthday in 10 days time. It was supposed to be delivered in a week. I got my delivery 3 weeks later. The product was not at all what I was looking for and the birthday was long forgotten. I returned the items on 3 July. Theysupposedly deposited my money on 13 July. I still haven't received the money. This company has forgotten service. I won't be using them again! </p>
