Pathetic service thank you

pathetic disgusting service!! placed order on Monday 17 March 2025, delivery was supposed to be on 20 March 2025. I had to contact the customer care center on 20 March to be informed it was sent to the wrong warehouse and will only be delivered on Monday 24 March. that being said it is my daughter who turned 1 on the 21st birthday present. Monday came Monday went and got a call from the courier company giving a lame excuse that they have to much parcels to deliver and it will be delivered 25th March. called the customer center again just to be informed that it is still at the courier depot and must be assigned for delivery.... I mean that is pathetic and very frustrating to say the least!!! Takealot your service suck!!
