Pathetic service - Takealot

I used to LOVE ordering products from you, if anyone wanted to order something, my first reaction would be "Try Takealot"

Never again!

I ordered a Xiomi Vacuum Mop robot, first order was incorrect, had up and down between Takealot pick up points to sort this out, eventually a refund was done.

Ordered the same product, just to be sent the same incorrect item. During my conversation with the lady over the phone on the Thursday (just after 2pm) I mentioned that I need the correct order to be sent to me by Saturday, It is Saturday, and I have NO idea where I stand with Takealot or my order!

Worst Service EVER! Quick to take the money but pathetic with after service.

And please dont ever email me a "Rate our service" email, as of now, I will tell everyone to wait and order from Amazon!
