Pathetic Service Takealot

Takealot oder has been a nightmare. I recieved an order number #***4. This order was delayed weekly for a month. After continuous emails back and forth I finally received confirmation that my goods were lost. Then they send me another order number # ***1. This order is delayed by 2 weeks. Then the courier finally arrives with only half of the goods. Now the new order says delivered and cannot be tracked. Takealot are also not responding to emails.
