I am not sure if Takealot thinks it has "arrived" or what but looking at the recent reviews I think you guys actually think there isn't another platform for us to make purchases. I ordered Earpods and a Panda Paraffin Heater & Cooker. They decided to deliver a Portable Paraffin Stove Cooker and Heater, I have no f***ng clue how those are the same thing. I call and complain that I got an incorrect item and this was May 18th. I have no idea how blind the person who processed my order is or if the person who actually left the package with my concierge is can't READ!!!! Your call centre said they will do an exchange but stupid enough they do a damn credit on my account. I 1st spoke to Faye.N who asked me to send a picture and I did, then spoke to Kirsty.H who told me she'll call me back on two occasions and she has not!!! Now your servicing team has place an order yet a f***ng gain and the heater I bought will only be delivered by 1 Jun 2023. I ORDERED THIS HEATER CAUSE I NEED IT AND I PAID FOR IT!!! I DIDN'T BUY ITON CREDIT!!!!!!

YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY STUPIDLY TERRIBLE!! I AM TIRED OF YOUR APOLOGIES AND I WILL NOT BEG YOU TO FIX MY ISSUE!!! CLEARLY, SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!!!!
