Pathetic service, passing the buck (Order ***)

<p>I am so fed up at the moment. My order was due yesterday, up to now, I am being given the run around. I have queried this order since wednesday. Nobody comes back to me. After numerous phone calls and emails, I am no further to getting my items. I was blatantly **** to, also just told they are following up with warehouse. Nobody is taking responsibility or initiative. Nobody is owning up, nobody is resolving, nobody has the decency to just get in touch with me. This is pathetic, and very dissapointing. My boss ordered items yesterday afternoon, it was delivered this morning, to the same delivery address as my parcel should be. I will never, ever use Takealot again.</p>
