Pathetic Service, Passing The Buck, Lack Of Customer Service

Takealot.com!

Ordered and paid Takealot.com on the 28/01/18 items were in stock (CT) 2-3 days delivery to JHB according to Takelot.com description. Still waiting for my delivery 03/02/18. No feedback from Takealot.com and just no responses regarding this. On the 02/02/18 received an SMS that order will be delivered before 5pm, order was in transit at 6.55AM and I still have not receive my Order from Takealot.com. I have sent Takealot.com numerous emails and calls but no proper feedback at all. Till now I do not know where is my Order or when will I get it. Seriously pathetic service from Takealot.com
