Pathetic Service Once Again

Constant delays with delivery but there was no delay in taking my money! They will not even split my order so that I can get in stock items now and the rest when it arrives, even though my order is over R1,300

Their reason: "the functionality to split deliveries are unavailable during the lockdown" No explanation of WHY it's unavailable! Had they been honest at the time I would have known it would be delayed for so long and I would have cancelled my order and places two separate ones.
