Pathetic Service on a warranty return

Pathetic that I have logged my return twice that is still under warranty and no one seems to know what a warranty is. They refuse to repair the broken elastic that leads through tent poles and I haven’t even used the tent. Their delivery team damages the bag of the tent and they blame me for sending them a brand new unused tent back because it was after 3 months to tell me the bag is wear and tear. Also no one reads the fault of the return. It clearly stated elastic of tent poles. Useless agents 5 different people cannot read and understand when an item is sent back under warranty. It takes 1 stupid person not to do their job right and the rest follow like a bunch of sheep and cannot resolve a simple problem. Takealot is just another company that is robbing customers because they are loosing more customers because of their bad service from uneducated staff they employ.
