Pathetic service of takealot

I was called to arrange the delivery of my new debit card via takealot and clearly told that the delivery person would call once they are on the way. I received two missed calls in a space of one minute where I was on a call as I work from home as well. I called back within less then two minutes of missing the call and spoke to Florah from takealot who told me she’s left already and does not call when she is on the way and she only calls once she has arrived (which is not the process I was told would happen) and she then told me she’s already on her way back to her work office and that I should reschedule I am incredibly inconvenienced by her bad service and now have to wait even longer for my card.
