PATHETIC SERVICE - NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE TAKALOT

Pathetic service from takealot delivery team. I ordered something last week, when they came no one was at home. The guy that spoke to my mum was very very rude/ unfriendly and started shouting on the phone. I lodged a complain with the customer service and they told me within 24 hours someone would be intouch regarding my complaint but no one has contacted me. I resheduled delievery but called customer service to let them to know to call me half an hour before they arrive but nothing. guy still pitched up at my house without giving me any notice and statred screaming and shouting on the phone at me. I told him that they made a note on my delievery that someone should call me before half an hour of delievery but he did not want to listen to me. IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE THAT TAKELOT PROVIDES????? THIS IS APPAULING!!! On top of that the packaging was terrible. My order was a delicate kitchen applicance and it didnt even come in any takalot box/packaging like my previous orders used to come in. It was not wrapped in plastic or any protective materials. It was like I was getting some piece of SECOND HAND s****. This is descpicable. I paid good money and deserve good service.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM TAKEALOT!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! RIGHT FROM THE PRODUCT PACKAGING TO THE DELIEVERY.
