Pathetic service . Items lost and not credited

Takealot does not answer any emails. I purchased a lot of items they stated that they delivered all purchases however one of the items was lost in transit they will credit me. However i received that item . The item which costed more than that was lost and not credited. I tried emails. They ignore all my emails. Their service is pathetic and i will not recommend them or buy from them again.
