Pathetic service, immediate rejection on refund,no help

Bought a playpen and placed a return ticket the same day of delivery, item was collected and they immediately declined my refund,why ? Because i openend it ,i explained it was too large for my lounge and wouldnt beable to use it , (i re packed everything nothing was damaged)they insisted its declined and no remorse and care in the world to help me instead i got a email back now saying the package is already back to me , the playpen was R1099 ,imagine now rather buy it instore then online
