Pathetic service honestly!!!

I ordered 2 items from takealot on the 2nd July, on the 6 July one of my orders was canceled. I emailed support why the sudocream was canceled but on the website it's still available to add you your cart. I collected the whipes and you people credited my takealot account. Today someone tells me I can complain on your help link and that the item is available now???? How can your support team be so *********** no one still reply to my emails I submitted I moved my money now to my bank account because your staff is so stupid!!!! Your level of service disgust me onto of that I must now purchase the item again and pay handling fees again!!!!! Please educate your support team I sad to see how you dont care about your customers anymore. Utterly pathetic!!!!
