Pathetic service from Valentia Mazula at Takealot. Theft at Takealot.

A courier from Takealot had to puickup a faulty set of Samsung Buds earphones. All products which where in the box when I received it was placed in the parcel ready for pickup. The courier came by, he had no PPE protection, he drives a vehicle without number plates and he did not require a signature. When my return was received at the Takealot wharehous the buds where missing. Valentia Mazula was the person who took my enquiry on the 21st of August. I have yet to have any feedback from her. This is absolutely pathetic. I would like to know if the courier will be blacklisted or will my return be honored. To wait more than three weeks to hear from an awesome company like Takealot will tarnish a reputation very quickly. I want feedback within this week.
