Pathetic Service from the Returns Department!!!!
I ordered a Clay Modeling bundle for my son last week. It was a daily deal. The item was delivered on Monday and when I opened it, I discovered that I had received 2 of the same books (I received 2 Farm animal books and no Jungle Animal book). I called the call centre the next morning and logged the complaint. I received an e-mail on Tuesday afternoon requesting pictures of the item and all the necessary information. I sent that information through and received an e-mail yesterday stating that I need to allow 24-72hours for feedback! This is absolutely pathetic!!! <br> <br> My 4 year old son has seen the books but cannot touch them because I have to return the package in it's original packaging! The customer service at Takealot has declined! I previously returned an item and received excellent service and had the correct item in just over 24 hours of phoning in. Now they want pictures and **** and still don't exchange the item! I am a frequent shopper and am extremely disappointed!!! You try explaining to a 4 year old boy (everyday) why he can't play with his new item! The mistake is on your side, not mine. Why the hell is it taking so long to be resolved??????
