Pathetic service from the driver

For years I have been ordering from superbalist and delivery was done by Takealot on time and hassle free all this time. Just this time I get horrible service from Takealot delivery. Upon placing my order it was confirmed to be delivered Friday 07 July at my house address. Second day I receive a call from the driver that he’s outside. I advised that the order was scheduled for Friday and Thursday I’m not home. Rescheduled delivery for Friday on the App and there was no delivery on Friday. Called superbalist and they confirmed that the order is out on delivery but when I called the driver he said he doesn’t have my order but immediately after the call. I receive an sms that he tried to call me but couldn’t get hold of me at 17:19. I was home the whole day and no driver came to my house. No driver called me even
