Pathetic service from Takealot.com

I ordered and paid for a deluxe chin-up bar on 28/05/2020. I received confirmation that my parcel will be delivered on 02/06/2020. on the afternoon of 01/06/2020 I received a call from the courier guy telling me that they are parked somewhere and that I must go and look for them. After a huge struggle I the guy told me he was in Rustenburg. My delivery address has always been in Ermelo. Since then I have sent numerous emails / messages to enquire when my parcel will be delivered but up to date I have not received any response from Takealot. I tried phoning them on their number but an answering machine picks up and after the message the call is disconnected. This is pathetic! How are we supposed to enquire about our parcels if nobody ever responds?? My order number is ***8
