Pathetic service from Takealot.com

Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. I have placed an order on the 11th May 2020 for a cellphone when it showed they had 2 in stock. After I have paid they informed me that they in fact had zero stock and cancelled the order. They said a refund would be processed within 2 days.

It has now been 9 days and every time I enquire about my money they say they take note of my request and will receive my money within 5-7 working days. This is bull****. They are quick to take people's money but very slow when it comes to refunds. Keeping customers's money and earning interest on it is dispicable.
