Pathetic service from takealot.com

Absolutely pathetic service received from takealot.com. I had ordered and paid for my items and it's 2 days past my expected delivery date. None of their consultants could help me they say their escalating the issue but nothing happened. Eventually someone comes back to me and says my order has been sent to the wrong courier facility and it will be delayed a further 2-3 days to get to me. All they do is apologize to me but they aren't interested in finding a solution for me. They have no interest in keeping their customers happy or making sure that we are satisfied with their service!!!
