Pathetic service from Takealot

I placed an order for 4 items from Takealot. On delivery, a completely wrong order arrived. Although the box was correctly addressed to me, the contents were completely different and not what I ordered. I contacted them and they advised me to submit a return... But the only way to do this was submit an online return of the items that I never received!!! (There is no "completely wrong order" option). Now I have been credited for only one of the 4 items that I ordered. My queries go unresolved by telephone and e-mail and I get a constant runaround... They have my money for an order not received and will not refund or credit me in full. Let the buyer beware...
