Pathetic service from Takealot

Good day. Ordered a patio table and chairs from Takealot on an add on their website with a 30 days return period. A week after delivery I opened the box with the table to discover the table is incomplete and cannot been assembled. I immeditely contact Takealot for an exchange on which I was been informed they dont have stock of the item and dont know when stock will be available again. The lady adviced me for a return and refund which was logged. The items was returned to Takealot and the feedback that I received was that the return was rejected due to exceeding 7 days while the add stipulated 30 days. I did forward them the proof of the add on which I responded and e-mail after e-mail, phone call after phone call from my side this matter is still unsolved. Their service is absolutely PATHETIC and I will never ever make use of them again. Lost all my trust in them. Just need this matter to be resolved and my money be refunded to me. Please assist in this regard.
