Pathetic service from Takealot Delivery

Takealot service on the weeksnds is pathetic they shouldnt even offer it to clients as the drivers just say that we are unreachable without even calling to check where we are. This is the third time that a weekend delivery does not happen. So glad that Amazon will be starting in South Africa, a bit of competition to wake you guys up!!!
