Pathetic service from Takealot

I'm so disgusting and disappointed with the services from Takealot, I wrote a review on the 24 Jan 2025, few hours later I got a reply said " we have not forgotten about you, we are working on the issue... By a Donnay s.. However to date no response or feedback, I've sent them emails and still no response.

Honestly wouldn't recommend them at all.. They services are pathetic
