Pathetic service from TAKEALOT

They stuffed up my order twice, took them forever to collect the wrong item. Took them forever to process the new order, which they stuffed up as well. Now I am struggling to get my money back from them. There is no customer service number to contact them. They do not respond to email. Their service is absolutely PATHETIC.!
