PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT. COM

I purchased 4 dresses for my daughter from takealot.com. Sadly, to say that these dresses were of such poor quality. I tried logging a return in the same day I received the items, but, for unknown reasons could not. I tried calling them but no response. Since Friday I've liased with 3 agents via email and have still received no joy. This is so ********* and unacceptable from takealot.
