Pathetic service from Takealot

I bought a deep fryer on Saturday the 01st October 2022 got on Monday 03rd. The fryer has defects all over. The packaging shows that it was opened. I logged a return and refund with Takealot, they are refusing to come collect the fryer. They said they couldn’t pick up my address, whereas when they delivered they could pick it up. Now everyday from Monday their send a text that they have rescheduled collection
