Pathetic service from Takealot

I preordered the new iPhone 17 from Takealot as soon as pre-orders were available. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, Takealot change the delivery date to Monday 22nd Sep. To date, I have still not received my order despite numerous follow ups to find out when I will get my new phone. This is pathetic service. Whats the point of pre-ordering when you dont get your order on the release day ???
