Pathetic service from Takealot.

Pathetic as I really have no other words than to describe takealot. I ordered two items on the 30 May 2023 with the option to collect on the 31. It is currently the 1 June 2023 and still no order is ready for collection. After calling and speaking to Zandile.M I was told the order has been misrouted and will be escalated. Later that day still nothing so I called again and spoke to Ayathandwa.M and was told they were following up with the courier team. I called the third time again later that day to cancel my order and spoke to Austin just to get told these things could take up to three days to sort out. I'm really disappointed in you guys, you are certainly losing a good customer here and you can check on your records how many times I've ordered from you. P.S. do not advertise "Next Day" if you cannot guarantee it, that is false advertising! Above all this I will not mention one of my previous orders I had to send back as the item was faulty. Sorry to say but Takealot used to be good but now they seem to be slipping down the hole. Contact me freely to try and change my mind.
