Pathetic service from Takealot

Worst service ever. I purchased a dishwasher from Takealot when it was delivered we found it was damaged and requested for the dishwasher to be exchanged. After more than a week nobody arrived to collect and I kept getting schedules for collection. By some silly mistake of Ram my machine was picked up and taken to Boksburg and left at Ram's warehouse. After numerous phone calls and emails to Takealot, my dishwasher is still at Ram and not been collected yet. I sent a new request for collection to Takealot with the physical address of the the Warehouse and was told by Takealot that I have no claim with them and that I must take it up with Hisense as I have a warranty with them. All the consuktants at Takealot are unable to assit me with my predicament as I am R6500 down, have no dishwasher and no answers to getting this issue resolved. TAKEALOT IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
