Pathetic service from Takealot

I am utterly disappointed by the a actions by Takealot. I have been calling and emailing in vein to sort out a issue.

I have spoken to at least 6 consultants and still no closer to resolving it.

As a seller this is one of the reason why I no longer sell on Takealot.
