Pathetic service from Takealot!

This company has proven over and over to be unprofessional. I was supposed to receive my package today (07 May 2026, before 5pm) and after numerous calls, email, speaking to more than one consultant, including a manager I am left with no answers. However, without any notification, the status of my parcel just magically changes to delivery for 08 May 2026.

Again, no phone calls, no emails and absolutely no update from their team. Might I add this is the second time that I am experiencing such **** service! I am very close to never supporting Takealot ever again!
