PATHETIC service from TAKEALOT!!!!!!!!

I have had the worst experience EVER! I placed my order for my sons birthday gifts on the 23rd November- My items were NOT black Friday Items. I got an email to say that it would be delivered on the 28th November, which I was happy about! Welllllll................... then I get an email on Monday the 26th to say it will now be moved to the 3rd December which I was NOT happy about at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then on Saturday Im NOT at the address I asked for it to be delivered to. I get an sms to say its going to be delivered, I then had to contact them, which is almost IMPOSSIBLE unless you use Facebook, I then had to change the date to the MONDAY..... well what do you know I go to track the order on the Monday and now the delivery date is the 4th.... which was NOT agreed on! then I complain and they say they don't have drivers...... what do you know I go outside and there is a driver delivering 3 different parcels to the EXACT building that I work in!!!!!!!!!! NOW comes the best , I get the package today and half the package is missing, the box was not tampered with, but when I opened it some of the most important items are missing! PATHETIC service! I expect this to be rectified and I want it done by FRIDAY latest! I will not accept this type of service, I paid for my items and I want what I ordered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
