Pathetic service from Takealot

Never had I been more disappointed in a company. Their service is just getting more worse the bigger they get. I order stuff on Saturday 21 April for collection. I received an email to say my order is ready on Sunday 22nd. The 23 we drove more than 50km (100km there and back home) to collect the package. After waiting almost 15-20min they told my husband they can find the package. They will search for it and phone us when they get it. After more than 2hours I contacted them and said I want it delivered and that is really pathetic service. They organised a new package and said it will be delivered by the 26th. I got an email confirming the order and an sms saying I will get my package 26 April before 5pm. At 2o clock I went to the tracking and saw on there Delivery Delayed because the parcel arrived at incorrect courier. Not even one sms, one phone call nothing from them to explain.
