Pathetic service from takealot.

I placed an order on the 25th November when my order was delivered I only got 3 of the items delivered and a wrong box with someone else's package. I called them the 30th November to notify them of the wrong package and incomplete order that I received, today is the 17th December and my order has not been resolved, I have not been refunded for the undelivered items.

There is a big disconnect between agents and how incidents are tracked I probably sent more the 5 emails explaining the same situation in all of the mails. I made multiple calls and in all the calls I had to re-explain the situation to all of the agents and could still not get my order refunded.
