Pathetic service from Takealot

So takealot has been messing me since Monday. Giving different updates and 21 days, ok, no prob, but on 28th Jan said phone is sent to supplier, then Monday too, today told its being sent with courier to the supplier. How many f**k*n times do they f up and we suffer. My phone is not even a year old. Under warranty and no proper feedback. I'd rather see you guys keep the phone or credit me the money or keep my flippen money too because I'm not happy about this pathetic service I am getting
