Pathetic Service from Take A Lot

Poor service received this week regarding the below orders:

Take A Lot: *** - damaged & missing items Superbalist: ***1 - missing items

I have been inconvenienced with driving to the collection/ drop off point at the N1 Bridge twice using my time and fuel make up for the mistake by the service teams.

I have been a loyal customer to the platforms for almost 10 years now and wouldn’t want my loyalty to be rewarded with this type of service.
