Pathetic Service from *********** People

After years of good service, it seems like takealot have now employed a lot of people who don't understand English, if I would be allowed to, I would say "brain dead". I ordered an Afrikaans Codenames Board game, only to receive a, what looks like Russian, Codenames Board game, with an barcode sticker on it, stating that it is an Afrikaans game. I have been trying to get them to send me an Afrikaans game, but they kept on sending me the original, incorrect language game back. They have now give me credit for my order, but all I wanted was to get what I ordered in the first place! I am fast loosing confidence in them and I now prefer to go to their competition.
