Pathetic service from no good consultants behind the phones

I purchased an item on the 21st November understanding that it will take a while to get here. Delivery was scheduled for the 1st December.ita the 4th and I am still waiting delivery. These guys sitting behind those phones are so useless I had to explain imh story over and over again and nothing happened
