Pathetic service from custermor service

After I raced my concern about my parcel that was out for delivery yesterday but never showed up I was told it is to early even though the tracker on the wedsite said it is put for delivery. Today 23/02/2019 I went back to the tracking system and it says my parcel has been delivered and that i signed for it which I did not I did not receive my parcel and al I got from you guys were attitudes.
