Pathetic service from canon and Takealot.

I purchased a Canon product on the 11/12/19.I used this product specifically the Canon EOS2000D a few times and towards October 25th i began to experience a battery fault whilst the camera was still under warranty I filed a return to Takealot and they took 21 days just to send me the same defect product back. I asked for closure of the return so I could log a new return and they took 2 weeks to get back to me. Today the 27/11 I receive an email saying they cant return or replace my product. They have provided me with the defect product and still refuse to take it back. Pathetic service from Takealot and this is the third return I have filed of an item I have purchased.
