Pathetic service, from an agent who was not willing to work

I'm disgusted at the level of unprofessionalsm I'm getting from Takealot.com. well I've never had any issues with Takealot.com, until Saturday the 8th of July. I spoke(telephonically)to an agent named Sibusiso Sikhundla, no telephone etiquettes at all, he even put me on hold, with an intention of wanting me to drop the call, after I mailed Takealot.com making them aware I was kept on hold that's when he came back on the line. I asked to speak to his manager he told me the manager was busy on another call any will call me back, till date, there's no feedback from his manager. He told me his manager's name is Zayaan Raban. I'm still waiting for my refund, I received an item I didn't order, and they failed to give me what I ordered.
