Pathetic service for my return!!!

Pathetic service. I regret ordering from this app. I ordered 2 x Tablet covers to the value of R1728.00 on the 29/03/2023. Both were delivered on the 12/04/2023, by then it was no longer needed and I logged a return for both of the received covers. On the 15/04/2023 I returned the cover to the takealot pick up and drop off point and I received the email that it has been received by them. On the 18/04/2023 I was credited only for 1 cover. I have since queried via their site help section. I have received responses from agents named Monica B, Zaakirah A and Nangamso S, however they all respond once or twice and then no longer respond. Their are very unprofessional. Please save yourself the headache and be caution with your hard earned money. Because they have a terrible support system and their phone lines only ring and ring and you wait on the Line for an available agent this it automatically cuts on its own!
