Pathetic service

I am deeply dissapointed in Takealot...in early August I ordered a bosch non stick set pots from takealot,when the package arrived it was a small box with a glass in it(bear in mind i had to wait to 2 weeks )...I then logged a return and waited another 2 weeks...2 weeks passed I then received the package however it was the wrong pots they sent me a cheaper set ...I sent them emails, the agent that dealt with my case told me they cannot refund me the difference I need ro log another return and wait another 2 weeks and I desperately need the pots,I then left it because they got my order wrong 2 times already and they refuse to give me the difference which means I now paid more for something cost cheaper than what I bought this company called Takealot is a pathetic company, when you do call them to enquire the agents drop the call or they have a attitude I will never purchase from this company ever again and whoever is reading this please be very careful when buying from this company they are very ***** and the employees that is suppose to help you aswell as management can't even assist
