PATHETIC SERVICE!

My outstanding item on order #*** was supposed to be delivered after 31 days (PATHETIC), but now that date has even been pushed back to 02 February! This is really ridiculous!!!! If a supplier cannot commit to an order, why even sell it to the public!? I did not make you wait 37 days for your money!! Is this the norm for Takealot? And if so you should change your promise of delivering within 6 - 9 business days on the site/app!!!! I could have walked to JHB and back and would still beat Takealot delivery time!
