Pathetic service experience

I order stuff from Takealot and send it back the very next day. This was on 26 June 2019. Since then I had to call in and ask what happened to the order since it was picked up already. The lady had to go and find out and then called and said they are still busy with it. It is now more than 2 weeks later and still no feedback. Pathetic service from this company that claims they are the best
